Meet the Team
Darryl Pynn
Darryl brings a unique blend of experience and training to our team. He started caring for pools in a commercial setting as a part-time job in high school and moved into the residential side of the business as a summer job while he pursued his post-secondary education. What he discovered is that he wanted to stay in home leisure. As he puts it: “I get to provide families with things that make a genuine difference in their quality of life! Why would I want to do anything else?” Over thirty years later, that statement stays with him and filters down through our entire family.
Don Foley
Service Manager
Don is our head service technician and has been with our team since 2020. He is a man of many talents. From blacksmithing to music (if you call us, you will hear his work on our hold music!), to technical expertise. If Don comes to your place, keep your pups inside, or Don might just take them home with him!
Carolyn Pynn
Office Manager
Carolyn is often the first point of contact for our customers. Her warmth and friendly demeanor reflect the pride she takes in making sure that all our customers feel valued. She also does the same for our entire family at Bliss. She has a background as a certified yoga instructor and brings that same energy and care for people’s well-being to our office every day.
